after doing the jsa pic, i felt that i didn't do hawkman enough justice. he's another dc favourite of mine, and his costume design just screams ferocity to me. so i figured i'd take a crack at just him. who knows, this might be a beginning of a series of drawings of my favourite dc heroes.

oh and i hate drawing feathers.

Excellent render of feathers. They are true to life almost. Even without motion lines or color gradients you cans ee the motion in the pic. Great work:peace:

Nice work Joe. The right upper arm muscle mass looks much smaller than the left arm, even with that right arm pulled back, the difference looks to much. The muscle shading is great though, and the feathers look just fine. Keep up the good work;)

It's amazing! my only beef is that you might have made his wings a bit too small. Hawkman needs huge wings!
