spam notes.

if you get a note saying something along the lines of "check this out" or "look at these photos"  followed by a link to a site.  

DO NOT CLICK THAT LINK!

it's spam and it will spread through to your friends accounts as well.  i stupidly clicked the link about a week ago so if anyone got one from me, then i apologize.  i've changed my password but i'm not sure if that helps.

oh and one more thing.  spread the word and let others know about it!  or else this is going to keep spreading!  it might also help to hide all the comments you get that have these spam links.  the fewer people that see it the better!
